Overview:

The Quality Future Roadmap project was initiated to establish a strategic vision for the year 2035, focusing on the quality domain for one of major global pharmaceutical compny. Utilizing the Future-Back thinking methodology, the project was structured into a series of sprints, each with clearly defined activities and deliverables. The initial phase involved understanding existing strategies and preparing stakeholders. Subsequent sprints were dedicated to exploring current trends, forecasting future challenges, designing scenarios, and defining the necessary steps to realize the vision. Throughout the project, a series of workshops with stakeholders ensured a collaborative approach, while ongoing analysis of signals and drivers informed the creation of a transformation plan that aligns with the envisioned future of quality in the pharmaceutical industry.
